Our Repair Request Builder enables our real estate agent partners to swiftly choose from our suggestions for inclusion in a personalized report sent to the listing agent. At DGM Home Inspection, we highly appreciate our partnership and strive to support our mutual clients while simplifying your tasks.
You’ll receive both HTML and PDF documents containing our predefined language, allowing you to input requested credit amounts and personalized comments. Feel free to reach out if you have any queries!
Here's How it Works
Click
From our HTML report, click on the Agent Tools button, then Repair Request Builder.
Select
Select which recommendations you want to include in the report and add either the requested credit amount or any comments.
Preview
Click preview to see what the document will look like. The running total for credits requested will appear at the top right of the Repair Request Builder.
Create
Click Create to get the link to copy/paste into your own email or send directly through the system!
